A friend of mine, Derrick, told me about a small problem he had with Twitter. He gets hundreds of SMSs a day if he turns on SMS for twitter. But actually, he only wants replies that are directed to him on his phone. Unfortunately, Twitter does not allow SMS only for replies.
So, while trying out Google App Engine, I wrote a small app that basically takes all replies @you and sends them as SMSs to you. You can get it work in three simple steps:
